Frozen Yogurt Popsicles Recipe
This summer our Nutrition Services team will be sharing fun summer snacks for kids! What better way to cool off from the summer heat than with frozen yogurt popsicles? A healthy snack for everyone to enjoy.
Ingredients
1 cup of yogurt
1 medium banana
1 cup mixed berries – frozen or fresh
1/8 cup honey
Directions
First, start off by washing and cutting your fruit
In your blender, add your berries, banana, yogurt and honey and blend
Pour the blended mixture into an ice tray and cover with aluminum foil
Use a knife to make space for the popsicle sticks to fit in
Place in freezer for 4 to 5 hours
Once frozen, remove from the ice tray (twist ice tray for easy removal)
Enjoy!
