Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 can no salt added tomato sauce, not drained
- 1 can no salt added petite diced tomatoes, not drained
- 1 (15oz) can low sodium pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 ( 15oz) can low sodium black beans, drained and rinses
- 2 cans (10oz each) chicken breast, drained and flaked
- 2 cups unsalted chicken broth
- Taco Seasoning
- 1 ½ Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 ½ tablespoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
Optional Ingredients
- Whole grain crackers
- Brown rice
- Shredded cheese
- Sour cream
- Avocado

Instructions
- Rinse and drain beans
- Drain and flake canned chicken
- Combine chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano and salt.
- Combine all ingredients into a large soup pot and bring to a boil over medium- high heat. Once boiling reduce heat to a low and let simmer for at least 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
- Serve with Whole grain crackers, brown rice, shredded cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese and/or avocado.
