The Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
We have served the hungry in our 11 parish service area for more than 30 years.
The Food Bank provides food to more than 115 agencies, completely free of charge.
In 2015, we distributed more than 8.7 million meals.

We operate efficiently. Our administrative costs are just under 4 percent of our total operating budget.
The Food Bank relies on community support. Last year, more than 2,160 volunteers donated time.

Volunteer. Volunteers are the heart and spirit of the Food Bank.
